We provide a full design service for our customers. A large part of our production is custom designed for the client in order to achieve that special garden feature that will be truly unique to that garden.

Our timeless range of product designs have been used all over the world in schemes large and small. Using your dimensions and working with your ideas our designers can create the style you require, utilizing either a combination of our stock trellis panels or a completely custom design. In most cases, after discussing your design requirements and some basic overall dimensions we can design a detailed scaled drawing and an itemized quotation.

It may be necessary for us to visit a site in order to create a scheme to fit the particular circumstances. In some cases you may prefer to discuss your requirements or let us propose various design options on site.

Site visits allow the opportunity to discuss the best options for you. Usually a few simple measurements, taken by us, are all that is necessary at this stage to provide a design and quotation. It maybe necessary to carry out a detailed site survey prior to an order being placed, this will be part of our service.

All our products are hand crafted and finished in our Somerset workshops. Using traditional methods of construction we can create hardwood products ranging from large custom bridges and gazebos for grand parks and estates to simple but stylish trellis schemes for the smaller garden.

We work exclusively in hardwood, best quality natural kiln dried Iroko is generally used throughout our product range. When necessary we can also construct structures in best quality English or European Oak. Some of our custom benches are manufactured in Teak.

Stainless steel fixings are used throughout for durability in order to give the best possible long lasting finished product. Our own custom designed bronze latches and drop bolts are fitted to all our trellis gates as standard, along with our heavy duty brass butt hinges. Our entrance gates benefit from custom manufactured traditional style mild steel hinges and hangers, each one being made to a specific design and unique to those particular gates.
